Description

RDIMM memory (Registered)

An RDIMM is an ECC memory module with a register that buffers the address and command signals to reduce the electrical load on the memory controller.

RDIMM is the most common server memory type and has a good balance between capacity, latency and price.

ECC error correction prevents data corruption and system halts, and more modules can be installed per channel.
