Description

Mirrored M.2 boot kit (boot controller)

A mirrored boot kit is a dedicated controller with two M.2 SSDs that implements RAID 1 in hardware for the boot drive.

Production hypervisors and operating systems need a stable, redundant boot drive, and this kit provides it without software RAID.

If one module fails, the server keeps running without interruption and the faulty module can be replaced.
